What's new in 2008?   We are so excited for everything that is in store for us and our business in this new year!  We will be photographing weddings all over California and around the nation at some amazing locations with so many beautiful and exciting brides. We are thrilled about all new packaging materials, and offering custom framing for our enlargements (thanks to James at Silent Pictures who does an amazing job!).  We are also looking forward to training a few more interns who will be helping us in our office, and amidst all this we hope to get away to some of our favorite places like Yosemite, Paso Robles and Napa Valley!   We're already off to a fantastic start this year with two weddings under our belt in January and a whole bunch more in the coming months. Don't forget to follow the blog for all of the latest - we are doing contests throughout the year and already gave out one $20 iTunes gift card!     Brian and April January 10th, 2008 Tim photographed their beautiful wedding at the Madrona Manor in Healdsburg, CA   Our first wedding of the year turned out to be such a beautiful one! Although the forecast promised rain, Brian and April were given a beautiful overcast day with amazing light!  Check out their slideshow here.   Tim had the opportunity to work with our buddy Russ from Bon Vivant Cinema. Russ is an amazingly talented cinematographer who we were fortunate enough to have capture our wedding day. It was an absolute blast for Tim to shoot side by side with him.  We can't wait to see his work from that day!    Congratulations to Brian and April!  We hope and pray for many blessings upon your marriage!           Firestone Vineyard Wedding with Doug Miranda January 26th, 2008  Doug Miranda is a classmate of Tim's from when we attended Brooks Institute of Photography. Doug is a wedding photographer who is based now out of South Lake Tahoe and shoots weddings all over the state! He asked Tim to shoot with him at this wedding and they had a blast shooting together!                Check out our images in Santa Barbara Magazine!    We are thrilled to see Cheryl's photos published in Santa Barbara's leading magazine this year! If you pick up the December/January 2008 issue of Santa Barbara Magazine you'll find her images on page 72! She photographed the Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation's luncheon with guest speaker Betty DeGeneres (Ellen DeGeneres' mom), a cancer survivor, best selling author and loving mother.   Cheryl love's volunteering her time to photograph these amazing events and is always blessed to be involved. (If you haven't heard about the TBCF and/or would like to get involved in their amazing organization, definitely check out their website and contact Nikki)   We've been submitting a few weddings to some national wedding magazines as well from this last year and we are looking forward to having Jennifer and David's wedding published in the Fall/Winter issue of The Knot Southern California. So be sure to be on the lookout for that and possibly some others this year!     Have you checked out our website lately?  Jen Turner is in the process of creating some amazing new slideshows for us!   If you haven't been to our website lately, you've been missing out on an exciting new slideshow that our intern Jen Turner created.  She is so talented and never ceases to amaze us! (I know, I've been saying this about our slideshows for nearly a year, and we're just now releasing those, but we're super motivated right now, so you should be seeing this pretty quickly!)     So excited to be sharing this with so many of you! We would LOVE to hear what you think...   Our newsletter is showing some amazing growth! We have nearly 200 new people on the list for our January issue! Be sure to watch daily, future contests will have much shorter entry periods before we choose winers!   Also, we just found out this morning that we were honored as one of 12 to receive honors as the "Best of 2007" by Our Wedding Vendors.
