Scott and Lisa’s wedding ceremony at the Presidio in Santa Barbara was followed by a beautiful reception at the Wine Cask restaurant and courtyard.
The Presidio has to be one of my favorite churches in all of Santa Barbara to have a wedding at. So quaint, small, yet not tiny, the space has beautiful light and is as unique as they come.
Wine cask – really, how can you beat their food and wine selection for your wedding? If you’re a foodie and care about your wine, the Wine Cask is definitely worthy of consideration.
Jessica & Lee’s wedding at Nicholson Ranch in Sonoma was truly a wonderful day for Tim and I to be a part of. It all started with Jessica getting ready with her bridesmaids in the bridal suite on the property. The morning was filled with laughter, tears and of course champaign…
By the time Jessica put her wedding dress on, all the emotions leading up to this day came to a climax, and the tears just couldn’t be held back any longer.
Even with the tears, Jessica managed to not ruin her make up and looked gorgeous as her bridesmaids helped with the finishing touches and her veil.
Jessica is one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. Her bridesmaids loved her dearly and were so excited for her on this day, especially Lee’s daughter who was their junior bridesmaid.
We love it when our couples aren’t afraid to hold back their fun-loving spirits on their wedding day. Lee and his groomsmen busted out their nerf guns for an all out war prior to the ceremony. I love this shot Tim got of Lee nailing his son in the back.
Lee and his groomsmen couldn’t hold back their personalities as we took pictures of them. With little direction from us, they busted out Zoo Lander poses and other hilarious stunts.
When it came time for the wedding ceremony at Nicholson Ranch, while Lee remained true to his joking self, he did tone it back a bit as soon as Jessica started walking down the isle.
Tim and I just loved the setting at their Nicholson Ranch Wedding in front of the vineyards, and we love this family picture as Jessica not only became Lee’s wife but mom to his two beautiful children as well.
The night ended with the reception also on-site at the Nicholson Ranch, where Jessica and Lee danced their first dance to “Making Memories of Us” by Keith Urban.
May gray hit a little bit early to provide for some beautiful and soft lighting for Steve and Grace’s Estancia La Jolla wedding.
This is our fourth wedding tied together via their friends who keep referring us from a wedding we documented nearly six years ago now.
